Moderator's Biography

Dr. Sen-Yung Liu is the Medical Chief of President Office of Changhua Christian Hospital(CCH), Director of the Assistive Devices(AD) Center and the Innovation R&D Center, and Deputy Head of Excellent Medical Quality and Patient Safety for Medical Center's Task Indicators. Dr. Liu has been engaged in rehabilitation medicine and innovative services for nearly 25 years, committed to the improvement of patients' quality of life and medical quality, has developed a two-piece nasogastric tube to improve patients' life satisfaction and reduce the unexpected extubation rate, and won the 11th and 16th National Innovation Award, in addition, leading the innovative R&D team by intelligent handwashing detection AI spirit as the theme, won the 2021 National Medical Quality Award (NHQA), committed to innovative R&D and assisting in the development of AD and medical devices for colleagues in the CCH, guiding their translation process, assisting in grafting landing verification and human trials, etc., to improve medical quality and patient safety, and ultimately pursue the goal of precision AD and medical devices.
