Moderator's Biography
Mr. Samuel Chang is the Deputy Director of Hospital Quality Management Department of Changhua Christian Hospital and the Surveyor of Taiwan Patient Safety Culture Club, certified Institute of Healthcare Improvement, IHI program - Patient Safety Officer, PSO, Healthcare Quality Quest Clinical Audit program, Human Factors Analysis and Classification System, HFACS program and ISQua Fellowship program. Mr. Samuel Chang is a professional healthcare quality and safety manager and has been devoting himself to quality and safety works nearly 20 years. He makes an effort to academic result for ISQua, ASQua, APHM, NPSF, BMJ, PSMF international conference and TCHE, JCT, THQA domestic symposium. He joined overseas medical mission (Papua New Guinea, St. Vincent and St. Lucia) and training program (Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, India and Nepal) to promote healthcare quality and safety.
